The point of the imagery is because it supposted to be sexual desire vs pay for sex. The character is a sex worker, she doesn't want to be but it pays well. Yes I did show this in class lmao, it's not like porn where there is pleasure it's supposed to be uncomfortable to watch if that make sense.
